AgileAscolto turns speech into text, streaming while the person is still talking or from a file. Models run on our own servers in Europe, tuned for Italian over the phone: names, numbers, IBANs, codes. The API is compatible with OpenAI's: you change an address, not your code.

Data sovereignty
The audio is transcribed in memory and immediately forgotten: no file on disk, no text in the logs. All that is left of the traffic is seconds and counters. No non-EU provider, no training on your data.
Low-latency streaming
A WebSocket with partials while the person is speaking and a final at the end of each sentence: built for switchboards, voice assistants and avatars that have to answer right away.
OpenAI compatible
The /v1/audio/transcriptions endpoint with the same format: it works with the official client and with the frameworks you already use.
Italian over the phone
8 kHz audio from the telephone network, numbers, IBANs, POD and tax codes: measured on our reference bench against a human transcription, with the same yardstick as the market leader.
Keys you control
Every key has a scope, a list of allowed models, a rate limit and a monthly quota in seconds. You can see your own usage, and rotate or revoke a key whenever you want.
No hidden fallback
If the engine does not answer you are told at once with a clear error: the audio is never silently diverted to another provider.
Plans
Three plans, one for each moment: you try it out, you go to production, you bring the service in house. Scopes, monthly quota and per-minute limit are the plan's default values; the price depends on volume and duration, so we tell you after we have talked.

The numbers that count are the ones written on the licence, and they are fixed when it is issued: the plan is only the template of the default values, not a promise. The quota and the limit of each key sit under the company's ceiling: how the tenant plan works.
